At CleanTEC we aim to provide a first class cleaning service and strive to be as flexible as possible to meet our customer needs. One of our biggest challenges can be planning our daily and weekly cleaning schedule. If we have a high number of last minute cancellations, this can impact our service significantly for reasons such as logistics, staffing costs etc. As a result of this we will charge a fee of 50% for any cancellations 24 hours or less prior to scheduled clean.
