Dear Valued Customer,

 

Firstly I’d like to thank you for being a loyal customer and putting your valuable trust in our business over the years.

 

Although we have tried our best to keep the expenses low, as I’m sure you will understand our operating costs have increased significantly due to global factors in recent times. Please see some key examples of increased costs in the last 12 months below:

 

Rent increase – 12.5%

Living wage increase –10%

Motor Expense increase – 30%

 

After carefully reviewing the finances, we have a made a tough decision of increasing our prices by around 12.5%. 

 

We are therefore increasing our prices with effect from 1st August 2023 and the new pricing structure is detailed below:

As you know we stopped accepting cash payments in August 2022

 

We have successfully grown the number of customers paying via our extremely efficient GoCardless payment system from 50% to 73% in the last 12 months. The feedback has been hugely positive and has created efficiencies for both our customers and workforce. We now aim to convert the remaining 27% over to GoCardless within the next 12 months. 

 

Once GoCardless is set up it allows you to pay for the service in real time meaning that when we have completed the work at your property you will be notified, and payment will only then be taken removing any action from you or for us to re-visit to collect money.  You will have 3 days to cancel payment if you have any issues or concerns.

 

It only takes a few minutes to set up GoCardless, please see the link at the bottom of your next invoice which will take you through a very simple process.
